From the bottom of the elevated Levanto waterfront car park the cycle path begins which follows the old railway route (9 m asl). We cycled from Levanto to Framura. Cost from Sensafreni bike hire was reasonable for a half day of cycle hire and the bikes were city bikes perfectly suited to the flat track out to Framura.
